Lesson 1. Spine Mobility Routine

Joint warm-up without additional equipment. We’ll focus on movements in the spine to alleviate lower back pain, ensure proper blood circulation and overall flexibility.

Lesson 2. Shoulder Joint & Upper Back Mobility Routine

A full-body warm-up with an emphasis on movement in the chest and shoulders. You’ll need a chair or another knee-level object for hand support.

Lesson 3. Hip Joint Mobility Routine

A full-body warm-up with an emphasis on mobility and strengthening the hip joint muscles to alleviate lower back pain and stiffness resulting from sitting all day.

Lesson 4. Full-body Mobility Routine + Strong Core Muscles

Warm-up mobility routine for the whole body with a short set of exercises for strengthening core muscles and keeping the lower back in good shape.

Lesson 5. Breathing Practice For Better Results

An 18-min class for developing diaphragmatic breathing and Anti-stress therapy. You will need a bath towel.
