In this lesson, we'll guide you through standing exercises to improve foot mobility and strengthen key muscles, including the tibialis and perineal muscles. We begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare your feet for the workout.
Lesson 3: Exercises with a Ball – Part 1
In this lesson, we'll use a tennis ball and a baseball to work on the plantar fascia. If your feet are stiff, start with the softer tennis ball. We'll begin by gently rolling the ball on the sole of the foot to release tension.
Lesson 4: Exercises with a Ball – Part 2
In this lesson, we'll target the base of the toes and joints using the ball. You'll gently press and squeeze the ball with the inner and outer parts of your foot to invigorate and stimulate energy flow, benefiting not just your feet, but your entire body.
