She brings together somatic healing, ancestral movement, yoga, dance, and body-based wisdom in a way that feels powerful, feminine, and accessible. Amy is a RYT 500 Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher and has studied Capoeira for 23 years under Mestre Gordinho and Grande Mestre Joao Grande.
