Each week, and sessions follow a simple structure: dynamic movement, passive holds with breath, mindfulness or awareness practice

This is about creating space. The program is designed so that anyone can start (no experience needed), sessions are short and realistic, you can feel a difference without needing motivation. Because the goal is not to “do more” - but to feel better with less.

Neja Faludi-Molan

Hi, I’m Neja - founder of EndoFit, CrossFit coach, and lifelong believer in strength. I’ve lived with endometriosis since a young age. For years, I normalized pain, pushed through symptoms, and tried to function as if nothing was wrong. After misdiagnoses, countless painful days, and multiple surgeries, I had to rebuild - physically and mentally. Through that process, I discovered something powerful: while I couldn’t control the diagnosis, I could control how I supported my body. Strength training, structured movement, nutrition, nervous system regulation, and intentional daily habits became the foundation of my journey, and foundation of EndoFit, and also Unwind Method.
