Hi, I’m Amy Secada, a global dance healer with over 30 years guiding women to freedom through movement. A daughter of the Monacan Indian Nation, I’ve taught in 20+ countries, weaving Afro-Indigenous dance, capoeira, and Yogic practices into sacred rituals. Trained in Africa, India, and Brazil, I blend calistenics, capoeira and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga to create E-motion Detox — a gentle, somatic flow that helps emotions leave the body..
