Hi, I'm Amy Secada — a somatic movement healer with over 30 years helping women release what lives in the body, not just the mind. A daughter of the Monacan Indian Nation, I've guided women in 20+ countries through body-based emotional healing.

Trained in Africa, India, and Brazil, I blend Afro-Indigenous movement, capoeira, and sacred Kriya breathwork into one method.
