The Power of the Hips

This course will teach you to move with fluidity, femininity, and sensuality; to master your body and sexual energy; to trust your natural flow; and to strengthen your body through dance. Since the instructor is not only a dancer with 14 years of teaching experience but also a certified body-oriented psychotherapist (holding a diploma from the international "Biosynthesis" school of integral, depth-oriented somatic psychotherapy) with six years of clinical practice, this course goes beyond "just dance." It is about using technique and movement to connect more deeply with your body, embrace it, and revel in feminine beauty and soft power.

What will you learn

I have extensive experience teaching women of various ages and fitness levels. I have also personally encountered the fact that dry technique alone does little to help one move while truly feeling sexy—rather than just acting the part. That is why my course includes supplementary written materials designed to foster a positive, empowering self-image. Furthermore, as a body-oriented psychotherapist, I focus on the student's internal state and connection to their body, even while explaining specific techniques. The course covers the essentials—the fundamental basics required for a beautiful, fluid, expressive, and graceful feminine dance.

Why choose this course?

For those who want to:

  • develop body fluidity and grace;
  • build physical strength through independent dance practice;
  • learn the basics of beautiful, feminine, and sensual dance;
  • release tension in the pelvic area;
  • eliminate physical blocks and areas of tightness;
  • feel more confident and accepting of their own body;
  • embrace and express their feminine nature;
  • unlock their sexuality and sensuality;
  • boost their energy levels through feminine dance;
  • let go, loosen their grip on control, and learn to dance freely—expressing and revealing their true selves through movement.

In short, this course is for every woman.

Dance Instructor (Women's Styles) and Body-Oriented Psychotherapist

Dance Experience

  • Teaching: 14 years of teaching experience. Over this time, I have trained several generations of dancers—children, teenagers, and adults. Students attended classes for years, grew up, and some even became instructors themselves.
  • Competitive Experience: Trained teenagers for regional competitions; my students have frequently placed in street dance battles.
  • Personal Achievements: Winner of regional street dance competitions (Female Dancehall, All Styles). Champion of Southern Russia in Dancehall (2016).

Psychological Education and Specialization

  • Master of Psychology — Southern Federal University
  • Body-oriented psychologist — professional development certification.
  • International School of Somatic Deep Integral Psychotherapy (Biosynthesis) — internationally recognized diploma. This qualification is the result of six years of in-depth training, including intensive personal therapy and supervision.
  • Specialization: working with women through the body and dance, early childhood trauma, perinatal psychology, and reconnecting with the self.

🌀 A Synthesis of Dance and Psychotherapy

Over the years, I have come to realize that for me, dance is neither about external form nor about achievements. It is a way to express, heal, and reveal things that cannot be articulated in any other way.

I combine 14 years of teaching experience with in-depth body-oriented psychotherapy. My approach involves working with women at varying levels of depth, depending on their specific needs and intentions.

Course Philosophy

The course teaches dance. Yet, between the lines, it conveys:

  • A respectful, profound attitude toward one’s body.
  • Attuned listening to the body’s needs.
  • An exploration of movement that is alive, spontaneous, and authentic.

The movements aren't about achieving perfect form. They are about:

  • feeling more feminine, sensual, and confident;
  • exploring your sexual and alluring energy;
  • bringing that energy into your daily life;
  • feeling truly at home in your body.

The result: you learn to move your body beautifully—not for the sake of external approval, but for your own pleasure. You embrace your body, sense its strength, and stay connected to it.

🎯 Who this course is for

  • Women who want to dance not just to tick a box, but to explore themselves through movement.
  • Those who feel physical tension or blocks and want to gently release them.
  • Those who value depth, sensuality, and body connection just as much as technique.
