I created The Mind-Body Reset after years of working with women experiencing chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, low energy and disconnection from their bodies. As a Master Psychologist, certified yoga and pilates instructor, somatic practitioner and former professional athlete, I repeatedly observed the same pattern: understanding stress intellectually is not enough. The body must also be included in the healing process.

This course was inspired both by my professional experience and my personal journey. Several years ago, I experienced severe panic attacks and chronic stress myself. While psychology helped me understand what was happening, true recovery began when I started combining movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation and body awareness practices. The Mind-Body Reset was created from the methods that helped me personally and that I have since successfully shared with clients and groups.

What makes this approach unique is that it does not focus solely on fitness, yoga or meditation. Instead, it combines mindful body sculpting, strength-based movement, mobility, breathwork, Heart & Energy Meditations and psychology-informed wellbeing practices into one complete mind-body experience.

The movement sessions are designed to gently strengthen and sculpt the body while simultaneously encouraging the release of accumulated tension. Inspired by yoga-based movement patterns, mobility work and mindful strength training, the exercises help activate the fascia, improve circulation, support lymphatic flow, enhance posture and increase overall vitality. The focus is not on performance or appearance, but on creating a stronger, more energised and more connected relationship with the body.

The course material was carefully selected based on years of professional training, practical teaching experience, evidence-informed psychological principles and direct work with women seeking sustainable solutions for stress management and wellbeing. Tsvetelina Nikolova

Tsvetelina Nikolova is a Master Psychologist, certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Somatic Practitioner and former professional volleyball player with over 10 years of experience helping people improve their physical and emotional wellbeing through mind-body practices.

Her academic background includes a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology, alongside professional training in yoga, pilates, breathwork, nervous system regulation, psychosomatic approaches and anxiety management. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals and groups seeking support with stress management, emotional wellbeing, body awareness, confidence, anxiety and healthier lifestyle habits.

In addition to her work as a psychologist, Tsvetelina has spent years teaching movement-based practices including yoga, pilates, mobility and mindful body conditioning. Her approach combines evidence-informed psychological principles with practical body-based techniques that are accessible, effective and easy to integrate into daily life.

Before becoming a psychologist, Tsvetelina was a professional volleyball player, giving her a deep understanding of physical training, body mechanics, performance and long-term wellbeing. This unique combination of psychology and movement forms the foundation of her Mind-Body Reset Method.

Her personal journey also played an important role in the creation of this course. Several years ago, she experienced severe panic attacks, chronic stress and a period of profound disconnection from her body.
