Alma Reyes is a holistic therapist, somatic movement guide, and women’s empowerment facilitator who has personally walked the path she now teaches. She knows what it means to reconnect with the body, heal cultural shame, confront fear of being seen, and choose self-love as an act of liberation.

She also carries a lifelong love for dance. Movement has been her sanctuary, her joy, her creative expression, and her way of connecting with others. For Alma, dancing is an ancestral language—a place where intuition awakens, emotions transform, and something unique and unrepeatable comes alive every single time. This course is an invitation for women to feel that same freedom and happiness.

With over 10 years of experience in organizational and human development, emotional wellbeing, and conscious leadership, Alma has supported individuals and groups in awakening self-awareness, releasing emotional blocks, and reclaiming personal power. She bridges modern science—psychology, somatic therapy, nervous system work—with ancestral wisdom traditions.
