JOINT HEALTH & MOBILITY. The rope helps you break free from the movement patterns that we might already have and try new ones. And part of that, it encourages rotational movements not only of the ribcage of the spine, but of the limbs as well.
IMPROVED CIRCULATION. When we are adding rotation to our movement, not just stretching, we're going deep into the corners of the body, encouraging blood flow and circulation and blowing out those old combustions.
