Why choose this course?
Nada yoga, meaning "the union felt through the flow of sound" is the yoga of sound and music. It is an ancient Indian system and science of inner transformation through sound and tone. Nada yoga is based on the premise that the entire cosmos and everything in it (including humans) consist of sound vibrations or nadas.
Nada yoga uses sound vibrations and resonances to treat various spiritual and psychological conditions. It also helps increase one's awareness of the chakras and energizes them. When we access sound from this consciousness and land on practical exercises to activate the voice, the results surpass just the peripheral expectation of singing well.
This is a very rich resource for development of VOICE, SINGING, MEDITATION and HEALING. We will begin the journey into the basics with exercises to help take small but steady steps into it.
Tapping into the practice of Healing sound based on this, you will have the following benefits:
- Develop your own singing voice that heals.
- Develop an excellent practice for meditation and going to deeper states of consciousness.
- Practical Mantra and Shloka singing will help you incorporate them into your current practices seamlessly.
