Course includes
Your Pain Isn't Chronic. It's Untreated. There's A Difference.
Are these symptoms familiar to you?
- Deep lower back pain that never fully goes away
- Hips that feel locked and heavy every single morning
- Standing up after sitting sends pain shooting through your back
- Glutes that feel dead — no matter how much you train
- Thighs and pelvis that stay tight no matter how much you stretch
- A pulling sensation deep in your hip you can't locate or fix
- Pain that shoots down your leg when you've been sitting too long
- A deep ache in your hip and buttock that makes sitting unbearable
- Posture that keeps collapsing no matter how hard you try to fix it
- Waking up stiff — like your body aged overnight
It's not that your body is broken. Your psoas has locked your hip flexors, compressed your pelvis, and created a cycle of pain your physio never fully addressed. But this doesn't have to be permanent. With Psoas Release — a method built by a specialist who treats this every day — you will finally treat every part of what a frozen psoas does to your body.
Finally Feel What It's Like To Move Without Pain Running Your Life
In just 15 minutes a day with Psoas Release:

- Free your pelvis — restore full, pain-free range of motion
- Unlock your glutes and feel them activate properly again
- Decompress your lower back through targeted myofascial release
- Release the piriformis and stop sciatica before it flares
- Rehydrate your fascia — restore mobility that stretching never reached
- Fix your posture from the inside — spine, pelvis and hips aligned
- Break the pain-tension cycle your nervous system is stuck in
- Move through your day without bracing for the next flare
- Reclaim your body — walking, sitting, exercising without fear
Your body is not the enemy. A locked psoas is. And now you have a method that treats all of it. Start your release today!
How Will Psoas Release Work For You?
1. Map your pain first Start with simple self-checks to identify exactly where your psoas is locked and how it's pulling on your hips, pelvis and lower back. No guesswork — just clarity on what your body actually needs.
2. Release & decompress Learn to release the deep hip flexor tension that your psoas creates. Targeted myofascial pressure points and gentle movement break the pain-tension cycle your body has been stuck in.
3. Rehydrate your fascia Restore mobility that stretching never reached. Fascial release techniques bring hydration and suppleness back to the connective tissue keeping your psoas locked — without pain, without force.
4. Unlock your pelvis & glutes Retrain your pelvis and glutes through specific activation techniques. Stop the compression, restore proper alignment, and feel your hips move freely again.
5. Decompress your lower back & piriformis Release the muscles that trigger sciatica and deep back pain. Target the piriformis, iliacus and psoas together — the complete chain nobody ever treated at once.
6. Integrate into your life Walk, sit, work out and move without bracing for pain. Carry your new mobility into every part of your daily life — and keep it for good.
Why choose this course?
Other programs stretch the muscle. This one releases the root.
- Built from 15 years of treating exactly this — not theory. Every technique was chosen because it works when stretching, physio and foam rolling don't.
- Treats all of it — not just the back pain — hip flexors, fascia, pelvis, glutes, piriformis, sciatica. One complete method for the full chain.
- Targeted myofascial pressure points — a precise self-release tool most women are never shown, even after years of treatment.
- Just 15 minutes a day — realistic, gentle, and designed for women who are already exhausted by pain that never fully goes away.
- No clinic, no waiting list, no hourly fees — just you, your floor, and 15 minutes.
- Your body is not broken — this course doesn't manage your pain. It treats the muscle that's been causing it all along.

This is Liliya Mainskaya. I am a specialist in women’s body health, intimate health recovery, and restoring harmony to pelvic floor function. Over more than 15 years of practice, I have helped thousands of women eliminate pain, regain control over their bodies, and restore natural intimate confidence at different stages of life.
In this course, we will work with the root cause of tension in the pelvic area rather than its symptoms.
The psoas is the muscle that connects the spine, pelvis, and legs, and the condition of this muscle directly affects how freely you move and how your lower back feels.
This course is designed for women who are tired of experiencing involuntary leaks, a feeling of tightness in the pelvic area, lower back pain, decreased sensitivity during intimacy, low libido, or frustration that their abdomen doesn’t get flatter despite regular exercise and proper nutrition.
Here, we will work with the root causes of these symptoms and focus on restoring and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.
In this lesson, we will discuss how a tight (spasmed) diaphragm and psoas syndrome (or iliopsoas syndrome) are closely connected, both anatomically and functionally.
The connection between sacral mobility and the iliopsoas muscle (the psoas) is an important aspect of musculoskeletal health.
Releasing tension in the hip extensors is used as an effective method for reducing compensatory strain on the psoas. In this lesson, we will use the glute bridge exercise.
To improve hip joint mobility and restore normal tone in the psoas, today we will use the Mermaid exercise.
The psoas and the hip joint work as a single mechanism. The condition of one directly affects the function of the other. To keep this area healthy, it is important to maintain a balance between muscle strength, flexibility, and joint mobility.
In this lesson, we will do a workout focused on relaxing and activating the pelvic floor muscles.
In rehabilitation and fitness, exercises for stretching and strengthening these muscles are often combined to restore balance and help prevent injuries.
The psoas directly connects the lumbar spine to the thigh. Therefore, in this lesson, we will do exercises to help relieve lower back pain.
The therapeutic squat is not only a way to strengthen the leg muscles, but also an effective method for increasing hip joint mobility and normalizing psoas function. Regular practice of this exercise helps prevent back pain, improve posture, and enhance the overall functionality of the musculoskeletal system.
In this lesson, the exercise is not recommended for knee or lower back injuries, during flare-ups of joint conditions, or during pregnancy without consulting a specialist.
