Jenni Rocha

Jenni Rocha is a Physical Education professional, bodywork therapist, Animal Flow instructor, surf coach and movement specialist with a multidisciplinary background that integrates functional training, somatic practices, mobility, breathwork and nervous system regulation.

Holding degrees in both Physical Education and Advertising, she combines technical expertise, practical experience and a human-centered approach to movement and personal development. Her work is grounded in the belief that movement is a powerful tool for physical, emotional and behavioral transformation.

Over the years, Jenni has specialized in conscious movement methods, mobility training, somatic release and integrated performance development. Her approach combines calisthenics strength, endurance, body awareness and nervous system regulation to help individuals move more efficiently, build resilience and improve overall well-being. Through private sessions, classes, workshops and retreats, Jenni helps people reconnect with their bodies, cultivate greater freedom of movement and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
