We lay the groundwork for a strong and stable practice by focusing on two key areas: the legs and shoulders. Through a dynamic sequence, we target the thighs, hamstrings, and calves, building strength and endurance in these foundational muscles. We incorporate shoulder-centric asanas to enhance stability and mobility in the upper body. By strengthening these essential areas, you'll establish a solid foundation for your yoga practice, allowing you to progress confidently and safely.
In Lesson 2, we turn our attention to the upper body and core, igniting strength and vitality in these key areas. Through a series of arm-strengthening poses, backbends, and core-engaging exercises, we aim to enhance overall upper body strength, improve posture, and cultivate a strong core foundation. By building strength and stability in these crucial regions, you'll not only enhance your yoga practice but also promote better alignment, balance, and resilience in your daily life.
Through a series of targeted postures and gentle stretches, we release tension, improve flexibility, and promote emotional well-being. The hips are often referred to as the body's "storehouse of emotions," and by unlocking this area, we create space for emotional release and balance. In Lesson 4, we elevate our practice by focusing on the upper shoulder complex.
