Why choose this course?

Dzogchen begins with recognition — not with theory.

You can read about Dzogchen for years, understand the words rigpa, emptiness and clarity, meditate regularly — and still not know what exactly you are supposed to recognize in your own experience. This is where many practitioners get stuck.

They mistake a calm mind for the natural state. They try to stop thoughts. They cling to pleasant meditation experiences. They understand emptiness intellectually, but do not recognize it directly.

This course is designed to give you a clear and correct entry into Dzogchen practice.

The course culminates in a live Direct Introduction with Khenpo Arta Lama Rinpoche, a Bön Dzogchen master within a living lineage of transmission.
