At 47, Vasiliy has spent the past decade teaching yoga and breathing techniques for weight correction, health recovery, and relaxation.

He holds degrees in Physical Education & Sports and General Psychology, and is a certified Health Coach from the Academy of Health Industry Specialists (Moscow).

After a serious illness and surgery at 38, he turned to natural healing methods — restored his health, lost 20 kg, and developed the OxyFit system: a science-based method that helps the body heal, energize, and stay slim through oxygen-focused movement and awareness.
