Jordi Jules

Jordi Jules has spent many years studying how the nervous system affects movement, tension, emotions, sleep, and recovery.

Through his work with Qigong, Yoga, and Tai Chi, Jordi focused on one key question: how to help the nervous system shift from stress mode to recovery mode — safely and gently.

After moving to Australia in 2004, he began exploring movement and breathing practices that influence:

  • muscle tone and coordination
  • circulation and lymph flow
  • stress response and emotional balance

During his career in high-pressure professional environments, Jordi used these methods daily to stay calm, focused, and physically balanced under stress.
