My name is Dmitry Leo Matveev, and I will be your guide in this gentle Qigong practice focused on restoring the body from the inside out.

For over 20 years, I have worked with Qigong, Tai Chi, yoga, and body-based movement, helping people improve mobility, release deep tension, and feel more comfortable in their bodies. Over time, my focus shifted toward myofascial work — understanding how slow, mindful movement supports fascia, joints, posture, and overall balance.

I’ve seen that many people, especially after 50, don’t need force or intensity. They need gentle, intelligent movement that helps the body soften, move freely, and feel safe again.
