Mana Mei is a professional dancer, performer, and internationally recognized guide in feminine embodiment. She is the founder of Liberation Through Movement, a transformational platform that supports women in reclaiming their power, voice, and intuition through embodied dance and intentional somatic practices.

With over 20 years of classical dance training and a decade dedicated to non-traditional, healing-focused movement, Mana weaves together artistry, nervous system awareness, and trauma-sensitive space holding.
