Lesson 1. Grounding Connection
In this lesson, you'll focus on gently massaging your child's back, legs, arms, and neck. Using soothing touch and warmth, you'll create a calming connection that helps your child relax without pressure, fostering a sense of safety and comfort.
Lesson 2. Legs & Feet: Building the Foundation
In this lesson, you'll learn simple and effective techniques to help your child recover at home, focusing on the skin, muscles, and joints. You'll use two towels and a nourishing oil (coconut, baby oil, or cream) for a gentle, easy-to-follow routine.
Lesson 3. Core & Arms: Balancing Energy & Digestion
In this lesson, you'll focus on the abdominal area, gently massaging around the navel in a soothing, clockwise motion. Using soft touch and minimal pressure, you'll check for tight spots while maintaining comfort and care. This technique helps balance energy and support digestion.
Lesson 4. Head & Neck: Marma Therapy for Calm & Focus
In this lesson, you'll use gentle marma therapy techniques on the head and neck to promote calm and focus. You'll learn how to softly glide your thumbs along the forehead, temples, and neck, creating a soothing, wave-like motion. The session concludes with comforting, delicate strokes through the hair and ears to release tension and relax the scalp to promote healthy hair growth.
Lesson 5. Closing Ritual: Deep Relaxation & Peaceful Sleep
In this lesson, you'll focus on soothing the legs to promote deep relaxation and peaceful sleep. You'll gently massage from the buttocks down to the feet, using soft circular motions and smooth, calming strokes. Techniques for easing tension in the feet and legs are included, helping your child relax fully and drift into a restful sleep.

Trained by international experts including Mukti Mickhael Buck (founder of the Vedic Conservatory), she combines Eastern bodywork with a deep understanding of child development.
