Starting as an aerobics instructor in London, I later trained in Pilates and yoga in the late 1990s. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse portfolio of clients and taught private classes in both London and Abu Dhabi, UAE.

I have expanded my expertise with specialized training in aerial yoga, myofascial release therapy, indoor cycling, and Barre, and spent seven years in Dubai writing a Lifestyle column for Sport360, a leading sports newspaper.
