Felicitas Kusch-Lango


Felicitas has practiced meditation for over 30 years, exploring a range of traditions from Zen Buddhist mindfulness to meditation rooted in the Yoga tradition. What has kept her committed to the practice is not theory, but lived experience.

Meditation has helped her work skillfully with restlessness, develop a steady capacity to be present, and stay grounded during demanding seasons of life—including motherhood and the years of running a busy yoga studio. Rather than adding another obligation, meditation became the quiet foundation that allowed her to meet daily responsibilities with greater clarity, patience, and resilience.

Between 2015 and 2020, Felicitas created and taught a six-month in-person mindfulness curriculum for workplace facilitators. Over the years, meditation has also sharpened her intuition and continues to be the cornerstone of her spiritual practice. Her teaching is practical, embodied, and deeply respectful of the realities of modern life.

She hosts a monthly live meditation circle through the New Mind Start platform, and also within her own body of work—And Then You Bloom—which weaves together coaching, astrology, and women’s circles
