You will prepare you body and than start exploring your spine with the figure of 8, wave and circle.
You will continue exploring your hips with circle, and releasing and empowering your hips and shoulders with vibrations
You will learn how to move with grace and elegance your arms and hands, improving your body language
Enjoy a dance of all the movements you have learned on a nice music
In this final practice of dynamic yoga with breathwork you will release your hips and spine, and create more space in your body, and in your awareness
