For 20 years I watched people stretch, breathe, and move — and still walk out carrying the same pain they came in with. That's when I understood the body wasn't just holding stress. It was holding a map.

Hi, I'm Martina Ansaldo — movement scientist, somatic educator, and founder of the Emotion Mapping method.

Emotion Mapping was built from that discovery. A method that doesn't ask you to perform, to be flexible, or to have any experience. Just to follow the map your body has already drawn — and finally release what's been stored there.

I've guided students through this work in Bali, Mallorca, Ibiza, and Italy. I collaborate with Balance Rehab supporting high-level wellness clients internationally. And I've spent years studying the science behind why the body holds what the mind tries to release — through EFT, neuroplasticity, somatic experiencing, and breathwork.
