Natalia Shmygal is a yoga instructor, somatic coach, and mindfulness practitioner with 19 years of yoga practice, including 9 years of professional teaching, and 9 years of daily meditation and 6 years of daily breathwork practice.

She combines yoga, meditation, psychology, and somatic techniques to guide people into deep body-mind awareness, emotional regulation, and energetic freedom.

Training & Education

  • Completed hundreds of hours of professional yoga teacher trainings with multiple renowned instructors in Russia, Greece, Cyprus, the USA, and India.
  • Studied Indian yoga traditions with gurus for 2 years, including two immersive visits to ashrams in India.
  • Participated in and created multiple international yoga and meditation retreats since 2017, deepening her understanding of somatic practices and emotional release through intense work with people .
  • Studied tantra and breathwork techniques, incorporating it in her practice.
  • Completed 2 years of psychology education, integrating mind-body approaches and emotional regulation techniques into her teaching.
