In this course, choreographer Marina Pautova has collected the basic knowledge and movements of the dance direction "Female dancehall". The main emphasis is on the rotation of the hips and the ability to move freely, fiery and gracefully.
The course is suitable for beginners and for those who already have dancing experience. It does not require special training and has no age restrictions. Each choreography is explained as detailed as possible, so even those who have never danced before can begin to control their bodies.
Female dancehall is not only a beautiful and energetic, positive dance, but also a great workout for all muscle groups. It will make your buttocks taut and firm, it will help to be in great fit, eliminate clips, blocks and stagnation in the pelvis. Most importantly – it will teach you how to dance without leaving home, with pleasure, with self-love, without shyness and tightness.
Academic plan
6 video lessons
Warm-up. Getting acquainted with the basic terms of dance. Getting to know your body and its capabilities. Learn to work on points, and rotate your hips. Analysis of three movements from the Ladies Dancehall.
Briefly repeat what we have learned. Trying some new poses for hip spins. Learning three new moves.
Combining all learned elements into one dance. Learning choreography based on the previous two lessons.
Learning twerking techniques. We learn 3 new women's movements. Combine the movements together.
We recollect the technique of turning the hips and on its basis learn new female movements. Combine the movements into a bundle.
Learn the final, very dynamic choreography, based on all the previous lessons.
