Chaysten Titus

I’m Chaysten Titus - movement coach, FRC and FRA certified practitioner, and the creator of Corrective Calisthenics. I started as a competitive soccer player, then worked as a physical therapy aide in Oregon at 19. During COVID, I trained at home with bodyweight only, gained 10 pounds of muscle, and built the method behind this course. Since then, I’ve run a training studio in Iowa, coached hundreds of people one on one, and now help clients move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain at a wellness clinic in California.
