Who is this course for:

This course is designed for complete beginners, especially women over 40 who want to begin moving in a gentle, safe and accessible way. What people will learn:

By the end of the course, participants will learn how to:

  • perform simple yoga and mobility exercises with greater body awareness;
  • move the spine, hips, shoulders and major joints through gentle, accessible ranges of motion;
  • use the breath to support movement, relaxation and concentration;
  • activate the core and glutes through basic, controlled exercises;
  • release everyday physical tension and reduce feelings of stiffness;
  • adapt their practice to their own level and current needs;
  • create a simple home practice without special equipment;
  • combine mobility, stability, mindful movement and relaxation in a balanced routine.

Why choose this course?

Body Reset was created for people who want to begin yoga but may feel stiff, inexperienced or overwhelmed by fast-paced and demanding classes. The course provides a gentle and structured introduction to movement through six progressive practices that combine beginner-friendly yoga, mobility, mindful breathing and relaxation. My approach focuses on helping participants understand and listen to their bodies rather than forcing themselves into difficult positions. The practices are based on my years of personal practice and professional teaching experience in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, mobility, breathwork and meditation. Each lesson has a different physical and mental focus, including spinal and hip mobility, posture, core and glute activation, stability, tension release and nervous-system regulation. The course gradually builds familiarity and confidence, allowing participants to establish a simple and sustainable home practice without needing previous yoga experience, advanced flexibility or special equipment.

6 video lessons

Lesson 1 – Gentle Full-Body Mobility and Body Awareness

An introductory practice using simple and accessible movements to gently mobilize the body. Participants begin developing body awareness and becoming familiar with moving consciously and comfortably.

Lesson 2 – Hips, Core and Spinal Mobility

A gentle practice focusing on releasing stiffness around the hips, activating the core and improving freedom of movement through the spine. The exercises are performed slowly and with control, making them accessible to beginners.

Lesson 3 – Spine and Shoulder Blades: Posture and Confidence

This lesson focuses on spinal mobility and shoulder-blade movement to help release upper-body tension. It encourages a more open and supported posture while improving awareness of how the upper body moves.

Lesson 4 – Glutes, Core and Stability

A beginner-friendly practice introducing gentle activation of the glutes and core. The emphasis is on stability, controlled movement and creating a stronger sense of support through the centre of the body.

Lesson 5 – Release and Nervous-System Regulation

A slower and more restorative practice designed to release accumulated tension and encourage relaxation. Gentle movement and mindful breathing help participants settle the body and support nervous-system regulation.

Lesson 6 – Gentle Flow and Integration

The final lesson brings together mobility, stability, breath and mindful movement in a simple, flowing practice. Participants revisit the main elements of the course and experience them as one complete and balanced sequence.
