ADHD Reset Kids: The Meltdown Reset Toolkit for ADHD & Busy-Brain Kids

When your child melts down, their brain hasn't gone bad — it's gone offline. Reward charts, timeouts, and "use your words" don't work on an offline brain. ADHD Reset Kids gives you a body-first Regulation Playbook — tapping sequences, sensory resets, and breathing tools that bring your child's brain back online in 10 minutes. Read the signal, match the reset, tap it back online. No shame. No punishment. No waiting it out. Built for kids 6–12. Created by a teacher and neurodiversity coach with lived ADHD experience.

Game changer 🧠 My son finally understands why his brain ‘zooms’ sometimes — and he’s using the calm tools on his own.

Totally worth the money! The workbook + videos kept my daughter engaged (which is rare), and our homework time is noticeably smoother.

I love that it’s not about ‘fixing’ my child ❤️ It made her feel proud of her brain — and the meltdowns are less intense and shorter.

10 minutes a day and we saw a shift fast. Less arguing, more cooperation, and he actually asks to do the next ‘station.

The Brain Team characters are genius 🧠 My kid now says ‘My Planning buddy needs help!’ instead of ‘I’m stupid.’ That alone is priceless.

ADHD-informed but not scary 🙌 The language is kind, the activities are fun, and my child feels more in control of big feelings.

Finally — A Reset That Works When Nothing Else Does

Your child isn't choosing the meltdown. Their brain has lost access to the part that cooperates with you.

Every parent of an ADHD or busy-brain child knows the moment. Something small happens — a transition, a "no," a homework request — and within seconds your child is completely unreachable. You try to talk them down. You try consequences. You try waiting. Nothing lands.

That's not defiance. That's a prefrontal cortex that's gone offline.

When the brain hits overwhelm, the thinking, cooperating, reasoning part shuts down. What's left is pure nervous system — fight, flight, or freeze. And every tool most parents have been given — charts, timeouts, countdowns, breathing reminders — requires a brain that's still on. You've been handed the wrong toolkit for what's actually happening.

  • Timeouts that escalate instead of calm
  • "Breathe" — said to a child who physically cannot right now
  • Consequences that land after the storm, when it's already too late
  • Reward charts that work for a week then stop
  • Repeating yourself until you're both exhausted
  • Handing back the screen just to survive the afternoon

This isn't a behavior problem. It's a nervous system problem. And it's not your child's fault — or yours.

The Brain Doesn't Need a Lecture. It Needs a Reset.

ADHD Reset Kids doesn't ask your child to cooperate while their brain is offline. It goes through the body first — because the body is the fastest way back to the brain.

Tapping sequences, sensory inputs, breathing tools, and bilateral activities work directly on the nervous system — before your child can reason, before they can cooperate, before the peak hits. You don't need them to try. You just need 10 minutes and the right tool for what's happening right now.

Most parents notice the shift within the first week. Not because they forced anything — but because their child's nervous system finally got what it was asking for. A real reset. One that works every time.

  • A child who comes back to you faster after a meltdown
  • Tools your child will actually ask to use — because they feel good
  • A Regulation Playbook you grab mid-meltdown — no guessing
  • Calm that carries into homework, meals, and bedtime
  • A parent who finally has the right toolkit for the brain in front of them|

Works for kids 6–12. Including high-energy kids, sensory kids, and kids with ADHD traits — diagnosed or not.

How Does ADHD Reset Kids Work?

This isn't a behavior program or another set of worksheets. ADHD Reset Kids is a body-first regulation method that works with your child's nervous system — not against it.

  • Step 1 — Read the Signal

A 60-second body check tells you exactly which nervous system state your child is in right now. Not all meltdowns are the same. ADHD brains need different inputs at different escalation levels — and now you'll know exactly which tool to reach for.

  • Step 2 — Open the Regulation Playbook

Every tool is matched to a state. High escalation? Tapping sequences bring it down fast. Shutdown and withdrawal? Sensory resets reactivate engagement. No guessing mid-meltdown. One clear answer for what's happening right now.

  • Step 3 — Tap It Back Online

Tapping routines, balloon breathing, sensory resets, and bilateral tools work through the body — bypassing the offline brain and restoring calm from the inside out. Your child thinks it's a game. Their nervous system is resetting.

  • Step 4 — Build the Daily Reset Habit

Just 10 minutes a day rewires how your child's brain responds to overwhelm. Fewer meltdowns. Faster recovery. A child who starts reaching for their own tools — without you having to ask.

You'll see the shift within days. Not because you forced it — because their brain finally got the reset it was asking for.

Why choose this course?

You've tried sticker charts. Timeouts. Consequences. Asking them to breathe. And every time the meltdown still wins. That's because none of those methods reach the nervous system. ADHD Reset Kids does.

  • No Experience Needed

Works for any parent, any child — no therapy background, no special skills, no pressure to do it perfectly.

  • Body-First, Not Brain-First

Tapping, sensory input, and breathing tools work through the body — the fastest route back to a calm brain. No cooperation needed to begin.

  • 10 Minutes. Real Results.

One daily reset builds your child's ability to self-regulate — at home, at school, and in the hardest moments.

  • Works for Every Busy-Brain Kid

Designed for kids 6–12 — including ADHD, sensory-sensitive, and high-emotion kids. No diagnosis needed.

  • A Playbook, Not a Program

The Regulation Playbook is something you grab and use — in the moment, every time, without having to think. That's the difference.

You don't need to overhaul your routine. You just need 10 minutes and the right reset for right now.

Meet Chloë Francesca Atkinson

Chloë didn't build a regulation toolkit for ADHD kids because she studied it. She built it because she lived it.

After her own late ADHD diagnosis as an adult, everything finally made sense — the overwhelm, the emotional spikes, the years of feeling like she just wasn't trying hard enough. She'd spent years in primary education working every day with neurodivergent learners, watching the same corrections and consequences fail the same children over and over.

So she built something different.

As a qualified teacher, certified mindset coach, and neurodiversity advocate, Chloë blends neuroscience, psychology, and body-based regulation tools in a way kids genuinely enjoy. Her approach has one goal: give your child the right tools for the brain they actually have — not the brain someone wishes they had.

"There's nothing wrong with your brain. It's wired for wonder."
